Our new website and what is means.
Welcome to the new BFJ website~
You may have noticed that our website has changed since you were last here. There's a lot of work that still needs to be done, but we're aiming to have a lot more stock on display for our online customers, and to have real-time stock updates.
"Where's all the stock?" - With everything that's been happening in the world, it's been extremely busy and we've barely had time to add stock... so why have we switched to our new website when our old one had 200+ bikes? Unfortunately it's that time of year when all the bike manufacturers are bringing out new models. This means all that stock was out of date. We're actively working to get as much stock up on the website as soon as possible - keep an eye out.
"I've discovered some bug, missing information, or something doesn't look right" - Eventually, it'd be great to hear feedback, but for now, there is so much work being done on the website, we probably already know about your issue. It'll just take time to sort out.
One reason we've decided to switch to our website over now is our new Workshop Service partner, Hubtiger. We now have online booking available. If you want the most premium servicing, check out their app which allows many great features such as tracking the life of your components when connected to Strava.
