It is recommended that your RockShox Delux/Super Delux shock is serviced every 200 hours. The RockShox 200Hr/1Year Super Deluxe Service Kit will help you maintain your rear shock so that it performs the way you would expect and give you the best performance possible. The kit includes Sram Dynamic Seal Grease and 15w 50 air can lube which you will need to install and which are included in the kit.
Note - Damper fluids needed, and some specific tooling required to service your rear shock.
