It has the smart quality MicroSHIFT 8 speed gears which shift crisply and efficiently so that they can ride on any terrain with ease. You'll also see we've increased the power of our V brakes to match the performance of many disc brakes down hill but at the same time saved a huge amount of weight so the rider can get up and over hills too. We have strengthened our wheels, used extra grip lightweight tyres, an ergonomic saddle and customised our unique V bars for off-road fun.

To make a children's bike safe, the rider needs to be able to brake efficiently and confidently. The custom-sized V-Brakes we have used are calibrated for age, ability and ergonomic fit. And they are made of non-flexing, strong and light alloy. Our light weight alloy rims ensure pedalling is easier. But more importantly alloy rims are a more efficient braking surface than cheaper, chrome-plated steel rims, and are therefore safer.
